Please note: this information is only applicable to May, 2004 and later graduates.
Your graduation is just the beginning of your connection with our alma mater. Though graduation brings many changes, one of the most important connections you've had at Washington University will continue - your @wustl email! By retaining your @wustl email address, your classmates can keep in touch since your email address will always be the same (even if you change jobs or internet service providers).
Post-graduation, your @wustl address - not the email address provided by your school (such as YourName@artsci.wustl.edu, your_name@olin.wustl.edu, etc.) - will become a forwarding address. The email address provided by your school is only active for approximately 3 months following your graduation - your @wustl.edu address is yours forever! Keep in mind: since your @wustl.edu address is a forwarding address and not an email account you will need to have your own ISP (such as AOL.COM, or MSN, etc.) and an email account to which email sent to you at @wustl can be forwarded. We'll remind you of the importance of providing this information several times (prior to the close of your school email box) but, if you know your preferred forwarding address, let us know it now!
If you've not yet graduated:
but already know the post-graduation address to which you'd like your @wustl emails forwarded, head to:

If you've recently graduated:
and know the post-graduation address to which you'd like your @wustl emails forwarded, head to:

Recent graduates should remember: the forwarding option is only available to you for approximately 3 months following your graduation.
